Refunds & Returns

• If your item arrives defective, damaged, or doesn’t meet your expectations, you are eligible for a refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt.
  
• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team by email. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and an authorization code.
  
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  
• After we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  
• Shipping fees may be non-refundable and return postage may apply depending on the situation.
