WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with original tags and packaging. Please contact service@hesvia.com before sending any return. The authorized return address is provided only after approval.
ARE ALL PURCHASES ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
Most items are eligible if they meet the return conditions. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective, including bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie and underwear, personalized items, gift cards, digital products, clearance items, and final sale items.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard transit time is 3–7 business days. Estimated total delivery time is 4–10 business days. These times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
Brand Hesvia products are manufactured in China by Guangzhou Baiyun District Honglin Garment Factory. The factory handles production, quality inspection, and packaging. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. logistics center.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Standard shipping is USD $6.99 for orders under USD $69. Orders of USD $69 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Brand Hesvia currently ships within the United States only.
